Scottish Fisheries Museum
The Scottish FIsheries Museum will host Light at the Museum on 6th December - a parade, food and more!
Museum of Lead Mining
The popular Santa Express event is happening at the Museum of Lead Mining the Leadhills Railway - take a ride on a steam train and visit Santa too.
Verdant Works
Verdant Works in Dundee are having their annual Winter Fayre with mulled wine, mince pies, and the chance to finish (or start!) your holiday shopping.
Almond Valley, home of the Scottish Shale Museum
New for 2019, the Paraffin Pixies will visit Almond Valley in December and early January - venture into the fire, spark, and spectacle of the Paraffin Works, and breath in the sticky scents of cinnamon, cloves and paraffin oil. And Santa will be on site throughout the month, in his farmyard cottage and for breakfast and suppers. Find out more.

The Railway has Santa Specials this December – but they sell out fast! And the Black Bun Hogmanay Trains are back again this year at the end of the month! Don't forget to vsiti the Museum of the Scottish Railways while you're on site!

At National Mining Museum Scotland over the Festive season you can have a go at wreath making, visit Santa's Grotto or attend the Newtongrange Silver Band Christmas Concert. And did we forget about the Peter Pan Panto - oh, no, we didn't!
