William Bain and Company of Coatbridge made a wide range of iron and steel products but became internationally known for their patent 'Lochrin' fencing. This catalogue shows their range.
Although the firm went out of business in the 1980s the entrance to the Lochrin Works was rebuilt as the entrance to the Exhibition Hall at Summerlee Museum.
