Note Correcting POW Map

Note related to Red Cross Map detailing known POW camps in Europe. The note, dated two months after the map, makes corrections to a number of camps. It notes that Stalag Luft VI and Stalag XXI D. have been closed and that Stalag Luft IV is now part of a larger camp called Stalag Luft III near Sagan.
